Is there a limit to the number of tasks I can request?

Nope! Under a subscription package, you may list as many as you need in your task queue. We will deliver them to you one at a time. The Dual package allows up to two tasks at a time.

What if I only have a single request?

No worries! There are times when you may not have a full month of requests. In those cases, you can pause your subscription and will be given the number of days remaining out of your billing cycle to use in a future month.

What is the turnaround time for requests?

Most smaller requests can be turned around in as little as 1-2 business days. Larger requests may take longer and will often be broken down into a series of smaller tasks.

How do I make a request?

Once you subscribe, you will receive an email invite to your client portal where you can add tasks to a queue.

What if I don't like the draft file?

We will collaborate and work through revisions until you are happy with your final deliverable.

Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?

Due to the nature of the work and service we provide, there are no refunds issued. However, you may pause or cancel at any time.

How do I pause my subscription?

You will be provided a link within your task management board that will allow you to request a pause in your subscription at any time.
